Profile

Rebecca takes great pride in providing quality service to her clients. Rebecca consistently meets the following goals:
For almost five years as a public defender, Rebecca learned to juggle hundreds of cases. She learned from the toughest of judges to be prepared in advance at every hearing. With strict requirements to visit new clients in jail weekly and keep up with a schedule including motion and trial practice, appointments with clients and depositions, she learned to be extremely efficient in managing such a large caseload. Her experience benefits you, because now in private practice, she has less cases and is able to devote more of her time, talent and dedication to YOURS.
Rebecca has always been a defense attorney. Even while in law school, she did her internship with the public defender’s office in a rural county in West Virginia. She has always relished the challenge of defending the underdog against the State and holds the State to their burden to prove your case against you. If they cannot, she fights as long and hard as necessary for you.
